At Sorry Bro, we aim to provide a hassle-free return experience. You can easily return any product if it is damaged, defective, significantly different from what you ordered, or if the package is missing products or accessories.
Conditions for Exchange/Return
To return any product sold through our website or app, please adhere to the following conditions
1. Return Window: Products can only be returned within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will be rejected.
2. Product Condition: All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and include the following essentials:
Original price tags and labels
Packing materials, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices
Accessories, freebies, and original boxes If a product is returned without these essentials, it will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you. Our logistics partner may refuse to pick up the product if these items are not included.
3. Packaging: Return packages must be securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Verification: Returned products will undergo verification and quality checks by Sorry Bro to assess the legitimacy of the return request.
5. Manufacturer Policy Compliance: Returns must comply with the manufacturer's return policy where applicable.
You must notify Sorry Bro upon receiving a damaged or defective product, or if the product is significantly different from your order, within the timeframe specified in our return policy.
If you fail to inform us of any issues within this period, Sorry Bro will not be obligated to accept the return or provide a refund. Products sent back to the seller without prior notification will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
### Return Request Process
Upon receiving your return request, Sorry Bro will verify the authenticity and nature of the request. In some cases, we may ask for images of the product and packaging to validate the return reason. Processing your return request will take a minimum of 4 to 7 business days.
### Pickup Arrangement
Sorry Bro will arrange for product pickup through a designated logistics service provider. You will receive an email, SMS, or notification on the contact details you provided. Please note that if we are unable to complete the pickup after three attempts, the return will be canceled.
