The package or item is received in broken condition

- Verification ProcessAll returned items will be subjected to a strict quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. We will verify the claim before approving a refund or exchange.

⚠️ Tampered Evidence Will Be Rejected
We take return fraud seriously. Please note:
If the submitted video or images appear edited, cropped, filtered, or incomplete, we will reject the return immediately.
Unboxing video must clearly show the product in the original packaging being opened.
No proof = No return.

Navigate to My Orders and click Request Return.
Submit your reason, along with clear photos and a video (especially for damage-related issues).
Our team will review your request within 4 to 7 business days.
Once approved, you’ll be notified, and pickup will be arranged.
🚚 Pickup & Logistics
Pickup will be arranged by our trusted delivery partners.
You’ll be informed via email, SMS, or app notification.
If the pickup attempt fails 3 times, your return request will be automatically canceled.
Ensure the product is ready for pickup with all necessary items included.
📢 Important Notes
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to you at your own cost.
We are not responsible for delays or loss during self-ship returns if initiated without authorization.
Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
